Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners located in various international hubs, including Asia and the Middle East. This allows us to offer a wide range of trending and unique products efficiently.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, all change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests made after this period will not be accepted. However, once you receive the item, you may return it for a full refund under our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for your convenience and security.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Shipping begins the next business day after your order has been processed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and international shipping logistics, orders may take approximately 2–4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the date of shipping, please contact us. You may be eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
Depending on your country, you may be charged import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon receiving your package. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by Kanki & Co. We are not liable for any delays or non-deliveries caused by your country’s customs process.

How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you’ve received an item that is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us immediately. Please include your order number, clear photos of the item(s), and any relevant information. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, it may take 7–10 business days after your return is processed for the refund to reflect. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer directly.
